Green One is a residential project in Punta Cana that, following the success of its first phase, launched a second, more modern and innovative proposal. My role was to develop the visual identity for this new stage, ensuring it reflected the change while standing apart from the original project, yet maintaining a harmonious connection with it.
The challenge was to create a visual identity that conveyed modernity and elegance without losing the essence linking both phases. The goal was to capture an image that reflected innovation and contemporary design while preserving details that evoked continuity with the first phase.
The result is a clean and sophisticated identity, combining serif and sans serif typography. The logo is elegant, and the brand's graphic communications utilize bold, uppercase sans serif fonts to reinforce its modern character. To maintain the essence of the original project, I kept the sans serif typography and green tones as the main color, complemented by a line pattern that mimics tree bark, referencing the natural materials used in the interior decor.
